Samara Spencer is a former SEC standout and accomplished collegiate basketball player who brings a firsthand understanding of elite athletics to her role at On Time Agency. She built a reputation as a high-level competitor, leader, and playmaker across four seasons at Arkansas and Tennessee, as one of only six SEC players since 1991 to surpass 1,500 points, 500 rebounds, and 500 assists.

Samara performed on some of the biggest stages in college basketball, including NCAA Tournament runs with both Arkansas and Tennessee. Known for her basketball IQ, professionalism, and ability to lead in high-pressure moments, she developed a strong sense of discipline, communication and preparation.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in sport management and a minor in business administration, Samara now applies her on-court experience and academic foundation to athlete representation. She’ll work closely with clients to build sustainable career paths. Grounded, detail-oriented, and athlete-first in her approach, Samara brings credibility, perspective, and a relentless work ethic everywhere in life.
