On Time Agency Announces the Hiring of Charles Stoker as Director of Player Development

Atlanta, GA – February 4, 2025 — On Time Agency is excited to welcome Charles “Stoke” Stoker as the agency’s new Director of Player Development. Stoke brings years of experience in elite player development, mentorship, and skill enhancement at the collegiate and professional levels.
Born and raised in DeSoto, Texas, Stoke was a standout player at DeSoto High School before continuing his career at Paris Junior College, where he was a key part of the 2004-2005 National Championship team. His contributions earned him two-time Region XIV Co-Defensive Player of the Year honors, and in 2015, he and his teammates were inducted into the Paris Junior College Hall of Fame. He later continued his academic and athletic career at Central Missouri State.
Since transitioning into skill development, Stoke has helped numerous athletes reach the next level, from grassroots and college prospects to professional players. He also plays a key role in US Sports Nike Camps, where he serves as a Regional Camp Director while continuing to mentor and train young athletes.

Beyond basketball, Stoke is deeply involved in his community and enjoys spending time with his wife, Lonice Stoker, son, Ashton Stoker, and daughter, Carrington Stoker.
In his new role, Stoke will lead player development initiatives at On Time Agency, working closely with clients.
