On Time Agency Signs Indiana Hoosiers WR Omar Cooper Jr. to NIL Representation Deal

Atlanta, GA – June 16, 2025 — On Time Agency is proud to announce the official signing of Omar Cooper Jr., standout wide receiver for the Indiana Hoosiers, to a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) representation agreement.
A redshirt junior from Indianapolis, Omar delivered a breakout 2024 campaign with 28 receptions, 594 yards, and 7 touchdowns, solidifying his status as one of the premier receivers in the Big Ten and a top prospect in the 2026 NFL Draft class.
Omar’s journey began at Lawrence North High School, where he established himself as a disciplined route-runner and consistent playmaker under Coach Patrick Mallory. Raised in a close-knit household by his parents, Vnemina and Omar Cooper Sr., Omar credits his family as his foundation, guiding his values of humility, work ethic, and loyalty both on and off the field.
