On Time Agency Signs LE MOYNE FORWARD TY FRANCIS to NIL Representation Deal

Atlanta, GA – September 29, 2026 — On Time Agency is proud to announce the official signing of Ty Francis, a 6-7 Forward from Brooklyn, to a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) representation agreement.

Francis formerly prepped at Hotchkiss School in Connecticut, where he received Second Team All-Founders League honous. He then committed to Northeastern University for his freshman season, posting a career-high 23 points vs Elon on December 29th, 2025. Francis has since committed to Le Moyne College for his sophomore season.

As part of this NIL agreement, On Time Agency will provide full-service support for Ty and his family, including brand development, partnership strategy, media training, and long-term planning.
