On Time Agency Signs Murray State Assistant Cullen Neal to its Coaching Division

Atlanta, GA – July 28, 2026 — On Time Agency is excited to announce the official signing of Cullen Neal, current Assistant Coach and Head of Player Development for Murray State men’s basketball, to its Coaching Division. In a joint signing with Insight Sports Advisors, Neal becomes On Time Agency’s first active NCAA Division I basketball coach client.
Neal is a former professional basketball player. He won New Mexico Gatorade Player of the Year in 2012 before a successful 5-year collegiate career with New Mexico, Ole Miss and St Mary’s, which included a Mountain West Conference Championship in 2013. He then played multiple seasons of professional basketball in Poland and Germany before pursuing coaching full-time. Neal recently concluded his sixth season of NCAA Division I basketball coaching, with stints at Nevada, Rice, Hawaii and currently Murray State University.
