On Time Agency Signs North Texas Guard David TERRELL Jr to NIL Representation Deal

Atlanta, GA – February 18, 2026 — On Time Agency is proud to announce the official signing of David Terrell Jr, a junior Guard of the North Texas Mean Green, to a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) representation agreement.
Terrell Jr was a standout in his first two seasons with the UTEP Miners, winning Conference USA Freshman of the Year in 2024, and tallied the fifth-most assists in Conference USA in 2025. In his Junior season at North Texas, Terrell Jr currently averages a career-high 12.7 points, 4.6 assists, and 1.7 steals per game. He ranks Top-3 in assists and steals in the American Conference.
As part of this NIL agreement, On Time Agency will provide full-service support for David and his family, including brand development, partnership strategy, media training, and long-term planning.
