Sanders' skill and leadership earned him attention from several high-profile programs, including UCLA, USC, Arizona State, and Miami, before he ultimately committed to Nevada. He was ranked the #10 underrated transfer by Field of 68, highlighting his potential to make an immediate impact.
Raised in Spring Valley, California, Kobe grew up surrounded by the game of basketball, where his passion for the sport developed early on, influenced by his parents, Roland & Sara, and fierce competitions with his older brother, Gage. With aspirations of becoming a physical therapist, Kobe is majoring in kinesiology and balances his life on and off the court with a love for cooking and photography.
