On Time Agency Expands Next Chapter Division with the Addition of Former WNBA Star Camille (Little) Smith

Atlanta, GA – October 18, 2024 — On Time Agency is proud to announce the signing of former WNBA star Camille Smith (formerly Camille Little) as the latest client of its Next Chapter Division. This moment holds special significance, as Camille’s relationship with On Time’s Vice President, Ticha Penicheiro, spans many years, from her time as Camille’s agent toward the end of her basketball career to now guiding her into the next phase of life.
Camille’s basketball journey began in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where she was a standout at Carver High School, earning WBCA All-American honors and playing in the 2003 WBCA High School All-America Game. She went on to play college basketball at the University of North Carolina. Camille was drafted into the WNBA in 2007 by the San Antonio Silver Stars, where she earned WNBA All-Rookie Team honors. Over her 13 seasons in the WNBA, she played for teams including the Atlanta Dream, Seattle Storm, Connecticut Sun, and Phoenix Mercury, and was a member of the 2010 WNBA Champion Seattle Storm.
Following her playing career, Camille transitioned into coaching, serving as an assistant coach for the LA Sparks before taking on her current role as the Head Coach of the Paul Quinn College Women’s Basketball Team in Dallas. Now, she embarks on a new chapter, joining the agency's Next Chapter Division, which supports athletes transitioning into life after sports with mentorship, career planning, and entrepreneurial development.
